unabout is a luxury 3 bedroom villa, sleeping 6-8 people, decorated to a very high standard and offers spacious living areas complete with every luxury to ensure you have a relaxing vacation. There are Cable TV’s in both the living and family rooms plus a DVD player and Sony PlayStation with an assortment of games for the children in the family room.  A CD player is also provided for your enjoyment.  It is fully air conditioned and consists of a large formal sitting room, a family room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and double garage.

Set in 'Sabal Harbour' an exclusive private community in Bradenton it is convenient to Sarasota, Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa and only 20 minutes drive from several beautiful Gulf Coast beaches.

There is one master bedroom (with en-suite bathroom), one queen bedroom, one twin-bedded room, a sofa bed in the family room and a family bathroom.  The villa is fully equipped and each of the two double rooms have hair dryers.

The fully fitted kitchen boasts a full size oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher and there is a washing machine and dryer should you need them.  

The large pool area is very private with a shaded lanai complete with table and chairs, plenty of loungers and a large 5 person hot-tub; great for relaxing in at the end of the day with a nice glass of wine.

There is free internet access so you can stay in touch with home, just plug in your laptop into the modem (ethernet cable provided) and you are ready to go.

Children & infants are very welcome; a travel cot, microwave steriliser, baby booster seat and bath support are all available in the villas for guests use.  The pool has a removable barrier for the safety of young children.

All towels and linens are provided (including pool towels).
