Q:  Is a car necessary?

A:   Yes.  There are many shops and restaurants within a few minutes drive of the villa but nothing within walking distance.

Q:  Where do I collect the keys for the villa? 

A:   The villa has a combination door lock, you are given the code when the final balance is paid.  This makes it easier for guests as they can go straight to the villa, especially if arriving late at night, and there is no possibility of lost keys.

Q:   Is the cleaning charge included in the rental price?

A:   All rental rates include the cleaning charge, the villa is cleaned prior to arrival but if guest require an extra clean during the holiday it can be arranged for an extra charge.

Q:   Is the villa suitable for children?

A:   The villa is all on one level, so no stairs to worry about.  There is a removeable child safety barrier around the pool and there is a travel cot (linens not provided), child booster seat & bed guard provided free of charge.

Q:   Are bed linens and towels provided?

A:   All linens (except in the case of travel cot) towels, flannels etc. are provided, including beach towels.

Q:   How often is the pool cleaned?

A:   The pool/spa is monitored and cleaned weekly by the management company.  If you have requested pool/spa heating that would have been turn on prior to your arrival.

Q:   Can you use the telephone to call the UK or other countries?

A:   Calls within the US and Canada are free however if you wish to telephone another country you will have to buy a phone card which is available at most supermarkets.  In your information pack you will be given the telephone number of the villa and a cheap telephone number from the UK so that friends and family can ring, there is an answerphone available so that messages can be left.

Q:  Is the internet access free?

A:   Yes.  There is free broadbank high speed internet access available for guests use.
