About our villa.....

SEPPA DRIVE is a large, spacious 5 bedroom / 3 bathroom villa sleeping 10 people.  This beautiful villa comes with a private pool with built in spa and a stunning lake view. 
Complete with full air conditioning it consists of a lounge, family room, dining area, large fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room, utility room, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and double garage.

Set in 'Sabal Harbour' an exclusive private community in Bradenton it is convenient to Sarasota, Clearwater, St. Petersburg and Tampa and only 20 minutes drive from several beautiful Gulf Coast beaches.

In addition to their own private pool guests have full use of all community facilities which include a large heated pool, two floodlit tennis courts, volleyball court, basketball court and a children's play area.

Decorated to a very high standard it offers spacious living areas complete with every luxury to ensure you have a relaxing vacation.   There are Cable TV’s and DVD players in both the living and family rooms, and a Sony PlayStation with an assortment of games for the children in the family room.  A CD player is also provided for your enjoyment.

There is one master bedroom with a beautiful en-suite bathroom complete with two vanity basins, large garden tub, separate WC and double width walk in shower, one queen bedroom (with en-suite bathroom), one further queen bedroom, two twin bedded rooms and a family bathroom with pool access.
The master bedroom and both queen bedrooms have cable TVs.

The extremely large fully fitted kitchen/breakfast room boasts a desk area, table & chairs, full size oven, microwave, refrigerator (with built in ice and water dispenser), dishwasher and coffee maker and there is a separate utility room containing a washing machine and dryer should you need them. 

Relax by the beautiful private pool, with its lake view, where you can enjoy a quick dip, relax in the spa or just chill out sunbathing on one of the many loungers provided.  There is also a table and chairs for enjoyable outside dining.

There is free wireless internet access so you can stay in touch with home, just bring your laptop along and you are ready to go.

Children & infants are very welcome; a travel cot, bed guard, microwave steriliser, baby booster seat and  bath support are all available in the villas for guests use.  The pool has a removable barrier for the safety of young children. 

All towels and linens are provided (including pool towels).
